Ascent Workgroup began with a shared observation. As experienced professionals working across various agencies, we saw the same recurring problems. Specialists were overworked, undervalued, and isolated. The traditional agency model often created bottlenecks where talent was constrained by heavy workloads and a lack of real collaboration. This led to burnout and stagnant growth.
We believed there had to be a better way.
Instead of operating like a traditional agency, we built Ascent as a unified workgroup. We stripped away the overhead, the agency tax, to focus on what actually matters: high-tier execution and fair value.
Our model is simple. Each member brings their specific expertise to the table, and we collaborate as a coordinated team. By dividing tasks based on skill and maintaining open communication, we eliminate the friction that slows businesses down.
